With 30 years in workers’ compensation, Debbie Hammer is a seasoned claims consultant specializing in claim strategy, risk mitigation, and client advocacy. She oversees the full claims process, assists with complex evaluations and settlements, and develops programs for return-to-work, integrated disability management, and special claim handling.

Debbie has multi-state experience across industries including healthcare, construction, retail, and hospitality. She began her career in vocational rehabilitation and has held various leadership roles before joining Woodruff Sawyer in 2005.

She holds a bachelor’s from UC Davis, a master’s from Sacramento State, and certifications including WCCP, ARM, and WCIRB CompEssentials.

Jennifer Barrett is a passionate and driven risk management professional specializing in employee safety, workers' compensation claim management, and strategic risk solutions. With extensive experience in assessing and implementing proactive programs, Jennifer has helped companies significantly reduce their total cost of risk. Her expertise includes developing tailored safety initiatives, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and delivering customized strategies to mitigate potential exposures. Mindy has served as President & CEO of The Spring of Tampa Bay since 2012. She has chaired the Hillsborough County Domestic Violence Task Force and serves on the DV Fatality Review Team, the Child Abuse Death Review Team, and the Hillsborough County Behavioral Health Task Force. She has been heavily involved in statewide grassroots efforts, serving as a lead advocate in proposing new legislation to improve our statewide response to domestic violence. 

Qiana is a Senior Claims Consultant with over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in workers’ compensation. Known for her strategic thinking and client-first approach, she manages complex claims with a focus on equitable outcomes, clear communication, and innovative problem-solving. As a trusted advisor, Qiana helps clients uncover areas of risk, loss, and growth, tailoring solutions to meet each organization’s unique needs. She also serves as Chair of Strengths with Differences, a Disability Employee Resource Group at Woodruff Sawyer, where she champions inclusivity and accessibility. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and empowering women to embrace their unique beauty.

With a background as both an insurance defense attorney and a general counsel, she has a unique perspective on aligning the needs of carriers, clients, and law firms. She brings that passion to her role as a Partner and Director of Client Relations at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, where she continues championing high-quality, business-minded legal solutions.
