His extensive background encompasses strategic sales planning, comprehensive sales training, integrated marketing strategies, brand management, and experiential marketing and promotional campaigns. When he's not busy meeting with clients, Todd is a devoted family man, happily married with three children. You'll often find him cheering at dance recitals, baseball games, soccer matches, and volleyball tournaments, all while bringing his unique insights and experiences to life on our podcast.

Mindy Murphy

Mindy has served as President & CEO of The Spring of Tampa Bay since 2012. She has chaired the Hillsborough County Domestic Violence Task Force and serves on the DV Fatality Review Team, the Child Abuse Death Review Team, and the Hillsborough County Behavioral Health Task Force. She has been heavily involved in statewide grassroots efforts, serving as a lead advocate in proposing new legislation to improve our statewide response to domestic violence.
