With over two decades of expertise in crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives, Todd is not only a seasoned professional but also a captivating podcast host. His extensive background encompasses strategic sales planning, comprehensive sales training, integrated marketing strategies, brand management, and experiential marketing and promotional campaigns. When he's not busy meeting with clients, Todd is a devoted family man, happily married with three children. You'll often find him cheering at dance recitals, baseball games, soccer matches, and volleyball tournaments, all while bringing his unique insights and experiences to life on our podcast.

With 30 years in workers’ compensation, Debbie Hammer is a seasoned claims consultant specializing in claim strategy, risk mitigation, and client advocacy. She oversees the full claims process, assists with complex evaluations and settlements, and develops programs for return-to-work, integrated disability management, and special claim handling.

Debbie has multi-state experience across industries including healthcare, construction, retail, and hospitality. She began her career in vocational rehabilitation and has held various leadership roles before joining Woodruff Sawyer in 2005.

She holds a bachelor’s from UC Davis, a master’s from Sacramento State, and certifications including WCCP, ARM, and WCIRB CompEssentials.

Mindy has served as President & CEO of The Spring of Tampa Bay since 2012. She has chaired the Hillsborough County Domestic Violence Task Force and serves on the DV Fatality Review Team, the Child Abuse Death Review Team, and the Hillsborough County Behavioral Health Task Force.
